Description
Cornell Cooperative Extension Ulster County Master Gardeners constructed this 400 square foot rain garden at the Frank D. Greco Memorial Senior Citizen Recreation Center in Saugerties. It captures stormwater runoff from the entire front of the building before it reaches the parking lot. Runoff is directed into the garden using downspouts above and below ground.
