Description

This permeable pavement is an example of green infrastructure in an institutional setting.  The permeable pavement was used in the construction of an eight foot wide running path with side swales.  Porous Asphalt path was selected for its pervious qualities in lieu of traditional concrete/asphalt paths at the campus.  This project is the first phase (showcase section) of  planned campus-wide pedestrian network improvements.
